On Wednesday, September 16 at 9 am, the National Democratic Institute will host Senator Mark Warner (D-VA) for a keynote address on “Democracy, Technology and China: U.S. Strategy for Innovation in the 21st Century.” NDI President Derek Mitchell will moderate this online event, which will feature opening remarks from NDI Chairman Madeleine Albright.
