The Office Management team provides timely and effective administrative support services to the Institute’s D.C. office, so that the 250 personnel headquartered there can work efficiently and productively within a pleasing business environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include facilities and space management; vendor selection; reception; mailroom supervision; supply purchase and inventory; equipment acquisition, maintenance and repair; library services, data base training and management; and intranet upkeep and oversight.
The team plays a key, behind-the-scenes role in creating a smoothly run office that allows staff to better focus on meeting NDI’s core mission of helping people around the world build more democratic societies.
