Ecaterine Siradzé
Ecaterine Siradzé is NDI's senior resident director in Lebanon. Ecaterine is a recognized international expert in the field of government, democracy and election observation. Over the years, she has worked for a number of leading international organizations such as the OSCE, the Council of Europe, NDI, IRI, and the Venice Commission. She also served as Executive Director for the International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy - ISFED (a leading Georgian non-governmental, non-partisan organization). Ecaterine Siradzé also served as an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to France, Monaco and UNESCO.
Ecaterine Siradzé holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law / Constitutional Law from Tbilisi Technical University and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development from the University of Paris, Panthéon-Sorbonne Paris 1. She is a holder of French and Georgian citizenship, and is fluent in English, French, Georgian and Russian.
