The electoral process in Nigeria got off to a rocky start after the country was forced to abandon its parliamentary polls on Saturday. "At stake could be the credibility of Nigeria's election system, as well as the government that will result from it," said Joe Clark, former prime minister of Canada and one of the leaders of a National Democratic Institute observer team.
