This manual was prepared as a Training of Trainers tool to prepare participants to deliver workshops that help increase women’s skills to get themselves nominated by their political parties. The manual is organized into training sessions, with some sessions focusing on general training skills, while others are topic specific.

تفصيل:أُعدّ هذا الكتيّب كأداة لتدريب المدربين، بهدف إعداد المشاركات على تنظيم ورش عمل من شأنها أن تساعد في زيادة مهارات النساء، وحمل أحزابهن السياسية على ترشيحهن للانتخابات. ويُقسّم هذا الكتيّب إلى جلسات تدريبية، يركّز البعض منها على مهارات التدريب العامة، فيما يُعنى البعض الآخر بمواضيع محددة.
