Anna Eshoo represented California’s 14th Congressional District from 1993 to 2013 and the 18th Congressional District since 2013. She has consistently advocated for consumers, promoted American competitiveness and innovation, fought for access to health care, protected the environment and encouraged development of clean energy technology. Her positions garner high approval ratings, including from the League of Conservation Voters, the Humane Society, Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans, the Biotechnology Industry Organization, the American College of Emergency Physicians and the Science Coalition. Eshoo retired from Congress in 2024.
