President Derek Mitchell on NDI's Vision, Mission and Values
At a critical inflection point for democracy and democracy support work worldwide, NDI over the past several months undertook a review of its institutional vision, mission and values, to ensure they remained current to our times, and were expressed with precision and clarity. We did so both for our own benefit and for our partners worldwide, as well as for all those who support - and even question - our work.
The result is outlined below. Shaped by staff across NDI’s global team, the following statements seek to explain who we are, what we do, how we do it, and to what end.
