NDI is soliciting proposals from qualified catering firms to cater lunch for three Board of Director meetings beginning in January 2024.
NDI’s Board of Directors will hold three board meetings at its Headquarters located at 455 Massachusetts Ave. NW, Washington, DC. Approximately 25 high level board members are expected at each meeting. A buffet style lunch will be provided with coffee breaks and snacks. Catering service should be available for the entire board meeting, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm ET.
All final proposals should be submitted via email to [email protected] at the National Democratic Institute by 5:00 pm ET on November 20, 2023. For more details, please refer to the attached RFP.
