Kosovo Public Opinion on Dialogue with Serbia
This report presents findings of National Democratic Institute (NDI or the Institute) public opinion research in Kosovo on attitudes about normalization of bilateral relations with Serbia through negotiations referred to as the Brussels Dialogue (Dialogue), following the 2013 Brussels Agreement signed by Belgrade and Pristina under European Union (EU) auspices.
Kosovo Women's Leadership Academy 2018: Policy Briefs
In 2018, thirty outstanding participants from NDI Kosovo’s 2018 Week of Women were selected to take part in an intensive six-month skills-building academy called the Women’s Leadership Academy (WLA), which focuses on issue identification and policy development.
NDI Kosovo Public Opinion Research 2017
NDI conducts public opinion research in Kosovo to ascertain public sentiment on important issues and to share public priorities and views as registered in the research with government, political, and civic leaders. Over the course of 2017, NDI conducted two rounds of research, both polls and focus groups, and in this publication are salient findings. Public sentiment in Kosovo is restive. Citizens desire reforms that will foster social cohesion, economic opportunity, and the rule of law.

NDI Report on Kosovo’s June 2017 Parliamentary Elections
Kosovo’s snap parliamentary elections on June 11, 2017, have offered the country an opportunity to move past recent political impasses and reorient political institutions to the pressing needs of its citizens. Continuing a pattern of extraordinary elections, these elections were precipitated by a long-running political crisis set off by the previous parliamentary election, in June 2014.
