Ana Kadovic has worked with the National Democratic Institute for the last 10 years. Since March 2011, as program manager of NDI’s regional political party development program Ms. Kadovic represented NDI with political parties, civic sector and international organizations in Montenegro, as well as in the region, when needed.
The acceleration of climate change presents an existential threat to programming in the democracy and governance field, and it is fundamentally changing how NDI works. Although individual actions on their own may not be enough to halt climate change, organizations, businesses and governments must recognize the need to integrate environmental sustainability into programming, operations and policy.
