Abuja, Nigeria – Today, the International Republican Institute (IRI) and the National Democratic Institute (NDI) joint pre-election assessment mission delegation released its pre-election statement of findings and recommendations for Nigeria’s February 2019 general elections.
Conakry, Guinea – The National Democratic Institute (NDI) and Kofi Annan Foundation (KAF) will send a joint international delegation to Guinea to assess preparations for legislative elections currently scheduled for February 2020. The assessment will take place from December 9-13, 2019.

Harare, Zimbabwe – The International Republican Institute (IRI) and the National Democratic Institute (NDI) today announced the members of the Institute’s joint election observation mission to Zimbabwe.
This preliminary statement is offered by the National Democratic Institute’s (NDI) election observer delegation for Liberia’s 2017 presidential and legislative elections. The purpose of the mission is to support Liberia’s efforts to conduct peaceful, credible polls; impartially and accurately assess the electoral process to date; and offer recommendations to improve future elections.
