Artan Alijaj is NDI’s resident director in Liberia. Artan has managed democracy strengthening programs for more than 17 years and has extensive experience designing and conducting political party training on topics including internal party democracy, party outreach and messaging techniques, policy development, party caucus formation, party branch strengthening and utilization of technology.
